In a major reshuffle within the Congress party, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was replaced by former MP Avinash Pande as the AICC in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, while Sachin Pilot was assigned the role of General Secretary for the Chhattisgarh Congress on Saturday.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will be the general secretary ‘without any assigned portfolio’, the grand old party said in a statement.
