New Delhi: TVS Motor Company has partnered with Gujarat Tourism to offer a unique motorcycling experience at the ongoing Rann Utsav. As part of this collaboration, TVS introduced two special “Rann Utsav” edition motorcycles based on the TVS Ronin. Vimal Sumbly, Head of Business – Premium at TVS, explained that the company sought to combine lifestyle, adventure, and culture with motorcycling. The Rann Utsav, with its traditions, provided an ideal setting to showcase this connection between motorcycling and India’s artistic heritage. Rajender Kumar, Secretary of Tourism, spoke about the festival’s growth and its role in enhancing Gujarat’s appeal as a tourism destination.
Rann Utsav, which began in 2005 as a short tourism initiative, has grown into a global event, attracting visitors to experience the beauty of the White Desert. The festival features Gujarat’s folk music, dance, and craftsmanship. As part of the partnership, TVS organized activities such as adventure zones, sunset expeditions, stargazing experiences, scenic rides, and cultural showcases. These activities aimed to merge motorcycling with the cultural experience of Gujarat.
