This partnership marks a bold move for Zepto in the automotive world, and while it’s starting with Skoda, this could open the doors for other manufacturers to follow suit.

Skoda has reopened the bookings for its popular and budget-friendly SUV, the Kylaq.
The model saw such high demand that the company had to close bookings within just 10 days. Now, the company has launched a new campaign in partnership with the online grocery application Zepto.
According to the details, interested customers will be able to order a test drive of Skoda cars through Zepto, starting from February 8. The brand also has released a TV commercial about the same.

Expected Models on Zepto
Skoda’s latest TVC shows Zepto delivering a Skoda Kodiaq to a customer from a dealership, hinting at a new collaboration. Alongside the Kodiaq, models like the Slavia sedan and Kushaq SUV are also expected to be available for delivery via Zepto.
While most of us are used to ordering groceries, electronics, and clothes through instant delivery apps, soon you’ll be able to order a test drive of your favourite Skoda cars too.
All About Platform
Meanwhile, Zepto operates in 10 major cities across India, and these locations are likely to offer instant car deliveries. However, given the complexity of car deliveries, Zepto will likely employ specially trained agents to handle these transactions with the utmost care.
Online car sales are not new to India—several two-wheelers are already being sold via e-commerce platforms. However, this move marks a new era for four-wheelers.
Zepto is expected to work with local Skoda dealerships, allowing customers to order their preferred models online. Buyers will also have the option to select trims, colours, engine variants, and other specifications before delivery.
