Superstar Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan, is widely known for his simplicity. Recently, he shared why he prefers traveling by rickshaw and what essentials he always carries in his bag. His latest film, Loveyapa, which was released on February 7, has been receiving a positive response from audiences.

During a fun chat on choreographer-director Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, Junaid Khan appeared alongside his Loveyapa co-star, Khushi Kapoor, daughter of producer Boney Kapoor. In the conversation, Farah jokingly asked them what they usually carry in their bags.

Khushi first pulled out a pen from Junaid’s bag, which he revealed was purchased from a Seven-Eleven store in Japan. She then found a hairdryer, prompting Junaid to explain, “I usually do my own hair, so sometimes I need it.”

Among other items, Junaid also had a toiletry bag containing a razor, hair wax, and a wallet with ₹1,300 in cash. Noticing this, Farah playfully remarked that, unlike his father, Aamir Khan, Junaid actually keeps money in his wallet. Junaid responded, “I keep small change for rickshaw rides since rickshaw drivers don’t accept credit cards.”

Farah was surprised that Junaid, despite belonging to a superstar family, prefers rickshaw travel. He explained that it is simply more convenient. While his family owns multiple cars, he chooses a rickshaw for short distances. “There are plenty of cars at home, and I can take one whenever needed,” he added. Farah, amused by his humility, called him “a true middle-class hero.”

Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s Loveyapa is produced by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment. The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Grusha Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, Tanvika Parlikar, Devishi Madan, Aditya Kulshreshtha, Nikhil Mehta, Jason Tham, Yunus Khan, Yuktam Khosla, and Kunj Anand. Loveyapa was released in theaters on February 7 and continues to entertain audiences.
