However, there came a time when his career was ruined, and he had to go to jail. He became penniless and had to ask for money.
Today marks the 51st birth anniversary of Inder Kumar, born on August 26. Hailing from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, he made his Bollywood debut in 1996 with the film Masoom, where his chemistry with actress Ayesha Jhulka was highly appreciated.
Before venturing into films, Inder gained recognition for portraying Mihir in the popular television show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Though he left this world seven years ago, the actor continues to live on in the hearts of his fans through his memorable performances.
Reports claimed that Inder and Salman Khan were good friends. The duo worked together in many movies. Not just Khan, Inder also worked with Akshay Kumar. However, there came a turning point in Inder’s life when everything turned upside down, and he lost everything.
When Inder Kumar Was Arrested in a Rape Case
One of the most controversial and massive turning points in his life came when he was accused of rape. Following the allegations, he was arrested and sent to jail. During his time in jail, the actor revealed that his arrest severely affected his daughter’s health, and his wife had to go door-to-door seeking bail money.
Inder made some shocking revelations, stating that his financial crisis became so dire that his family had to ask for money to even pay the rent.

Apart from this, Inder Kumar also made headlines because of his personal life. The actor had not one or two marriages but three. He first married Sonal Raju Karia in 2003. However, their relationship did not last.
His second marriage was to Kamaljit Kaur, but this relationship also ended within a year. Inder Kumar’s third marriage took place in 2013 when he tied the knot with Pallavi Saraf. Tragically, four years later, the actor passed away from a heart attack on July 28, 2017.
