This Kaizer Chiefs trio are all linked with moves out of Naturena with PSL rivals lurking.
A couple of Kaizer Chiefs players have drawn interest from PSL rivals, AmaZulu.
Meanwhile, another PSL rival club is interested in another Amakhosi star.
CHIEFS TRIO DRAWS INTEREST FROM RIVALS
Chiefs stars Mduduzi Mdantsane and Zitha Kwinika are both linked with exits out of Naturena.
Moreover, both players have attracted interest from AmaZulu, as reported on The South African.
Both players have struggled for game time under Nasreddine Nabi. Furthermore, this is unlikely to change if they stay at Chiefs. This is because they have both fallen out of favour with Amakhosi management. Mdantsane sits behind Yusuf Maart, Sibongiseni Mthethwa, Edson Castillo and Samkelo Swab un the pecking order. Whilst, Inacio Miguel, Rushwin Dortley and Given Msimango have all been selected ahead of Kwinika at the heart of defence this season.
Finally, Chiefs attacker, Saile is one of several Amakhosi stars linked with an exit.
Interestingly, he has been linked with a move to PSL rivals – Chippa United, according to Afrik-foot.
WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN – PLAYERS LINKED
Squad balance is essential.
So, as players leave, Amakhosi management will likely recruit or sign a similar amount of stars. Meaning, several players are linked with moves in and out of Chiefs this January transfer window.
Chiefs continue to do battle with Soweto rivals, Orlando Pirates in the bid for Bafana Bafana speedster, Oswin Appollis’ signature. Meanwhile, Amakhosi has just made a R9.6 million offer for this international.
Finally, Stanley Nwabili is another big-name star reportedly linked with Chiefs.
