Actor Saif Ali Khan on Thursday sustained injuries after an intruder barged in his home in Mumbai. The actor has been rushed to Lilavati hospital and is undergoing surgery.
The incident occurred at 2am at Saif Ali Khan’s 11th floor flat in Bandra when the thief broke in. The actor tried to nab the intruder but was stabbed by the intruder.
“An unknown person entered Actor Saif Ali Khan’s residence and argued with his maid, late last night. When the actor tried to intervene and pacify the man, he attacked Saif Ali Khan and injured him. Police are investigating the matter,” said Mumbai police.
Bandra police and crime branch team were present at the spot probing the matter.
