Chef’s Cuts opens its fourth outlet in Hong Kong at The Southside, offering a limited-time indulgence of house fat-aged Black Angus rib-eye beef. The 3,000 sq ft restaurant adds an all-day dining option with a menu that includes roasted bone marrow, lobster mac and cheese, and a variety of coca, or Spanish flatbreads.

Nana’s Green Tea opens its second branch in Hong Kong, in Wong Chuk Hang, offering an array of exclusive and matcha-based drinks.

Highlighting the season’s best fruit, the summer line-up features a Sato Nishiki cherry dessert, a sweet-sour symphony of cherry sorbet, cream cheese, and black tea jelly.

Additionally, a trio of refreshing yuzu creations, including a yuzu parfait with warabi mochi and a yuzu mojito, are exclusive to this location.
