- According to a report by Smartprix in association with OnLeaks, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will cost $1899.99 (around Rs 1,58,800) for the 256GB variant, $2019.99 (around Rs 1,68,800) for the 512GB variant, and $2259.99 (approx Rs 1,88,900) for the 1TB version.
- In comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 costs $1799.99 for the 256GB variant, $1919.99 for the 512GB model, and $2159.99 for the 1TB variant.
- This means the price of the new foldable is bumped by $100. This price revision might be effective in markets like India as well.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 colours (expected)
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be available in three colours: Silver Shadow, Pink, and Navy. For context, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 came in Icy Blue, Phantom Black, and Cream colours.
The report notes that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will weigh 239 grams, which is slightly lighter than the Galaxy Z Fold 5 (253 grams). For context, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is currently the lightest foldable in India weighing 236 grams. This suggests that Samsung has significantly reduced the weight of its upcoming foldable.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6: what we know so far
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to sport a 7.6-inch inner display and a 6.2-inch cover display. The display sizes are similar to the predecessors and nothing much has changed. The foldable could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which would be an upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset on the predecessor.
Rumours are rife that there will be a 200MP primary camera sensor on the back, a significant upgrade over the 50MP sensor on the Galaxy Z Fold 5. In terms of battery, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is tipped to feature a 4,400mAh battery with support for 25W charging. If this is true then there’s no upgrade in the battery department.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 Indian variant was spotted on the Geekbench platform where it scored 1,476 points in the single-core test and 3,582 points in the multi-core test.
