Patriotic Alliance(PA) leader Gayton McKenzie has come out in defence of himself and his party’s decisions to patrol the weakened border hotspot between South Africa and Zimbabwe.
The PA has spent five days along the banks of the Limpopo River near Beit Bridge border, preventing the illegal immigrations of Zimbabweans into the country.
MCKENZIE SAYS HE LOVES ZIMBABWEANS

McKenzie says he has nothing against his northern neighbours, and had a lot of praise for Zimbabweans and implored on them to redirect their energy in helping to restore their country.

“In 2006 I visited Zim for the first time, I saw opportunity and invested in Zim, I disinvested in 2015, I met the current President when he was still DP, i entered Zim legally, gave jobs to Zimbabweans in Zim. I don’t hate Zimbabweans, I just love my country. I am an investor” the PA leader says.
“Zim is a beautiful country with beautiful people, also a country with lots of opportunities unseen by locals. The people are very educated but sadly most are cowards. We are not fighting you, we are fighting for SA, you should emulate us & fight for Zim & not fight to be here in SA” McKenzie added.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe’s official opposition, the Citizens Coalition for Change’s branch in South Africa has blamed President Cyril Ramaphosa of legitimising what is claims were rigged elections. This it eludes as the reason for the mass exodus of Zimbabweans into South Africa
“Your president and SG legitimised stolen elections in Zimbabwe and we cant encourage people to cross without papers. But thank you for giving them a reason to do so. As long as the SA supports stolen elections, then you are wasting your time Chief!
