Wizards Beyond Waverly Place is set to air new episodes in the new year!
The Disney sequel series premiered right before Halloween and the first nine episodes were released on Disney+, with them airing on Disney Channel through November.
Since then, fans have been anxiously waiting for new episodes to be released and we’ve got a date!

While Disney+ teases “Part 2 Coming 2025,” we can confirm that new episodes will start rolling out on Disney Channel in January!
Wizards Beyond Waverly Place will air it’s tenth episode, “Potions Eleven,” on Disney Channel on Friday, January 17th at 8pm ET/PT, followed immediately by another new episode.
Additional new episodes will then continue to roll out on Friday nights on the network. A Disney+ release date has not been revealed at this time, but it is sure to be around the same time.
In case you missed it, Selena Gomez, who appeared in the season premiere, has confirmed her return to the show by the end of the first season.
David DeLuise is also returning for another appearance, and Maria Canals-Barrera, aka Theresa Russo, will be making her Wizards Beyond debut later in the season. Check out photos of them on set here!
